Flosserbrush Ultrasoft:

Position the toothbrush at a 45° angle to the gums so that the bristles reach slightly into the gum line. Make small, gentle shaking movements to loosen plaque at the gum line. Then sweep the brush over the tooth from the gums outwards. Proceed tooth by tooth – first clean the outside, then the inside and finally the chewing surfaces with short back and forth movements. Recommended brushing time: approx. 2 minutes. Then rinse the toothbrush well and leave to air dry.

STOP Sensitive Tooth Gel:

Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush twice a day. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least 2 minutes. Rinse well afterwards. For children under 6 years of age, use only under supervision.

Interdental brushes Mix:

1. Starting with the front teeth, insert the brush slowly and without force between the teeth.
2. Remove the brush at the same angle at which it was inserted – never twist or rotate it.
3. Repeat the process between all teeth and rinse the brush as often as you feel necessary.
4. For the back teeth, place the cap on the end of the handle to increase the reach and carefully bend the neck for easier access.
5. When all interdental spaces are clean, rinse the brush one last time. Replace the interdental brush with a new one when it is worn out.

Supersoft Floss dental floss:

Clean interdental spaces:

1. Take one of the reinforced ends and thread it carefully between the teeth. Pull it through slowly until the soft, spongy middle section reaches the teeth.
2. Place the dental floss in a C-shape around the edge of a tooth and gently move it back and forth from top to bottom. Repeat the process on the adjacent tooth.
3. Clean all interdental spaces in this way. Use a fresh piece of dental floss each time or use a new pre-cut piece of floss if necessary.

Clean implants:

1. Thread one of the reinforced ends around the base of the implant by threading it in on one side and out on the other.
2. Hold the reinforced ends with the thumb and forefinger of both hands and gently move the dental floss back and forth around the implant.
3. Repeat the process for all implants and use a new piece of dental floss for each one.

Cleaning dental bridges:

1. Thread one of the reinforced ends under the bridge and slowly pull it through until the spongy middle section reaches the gum underneath the bridge.
2. Carefully move the dental floss from the back to the front under the bridge.
3. Repeat the process for all bridges and use a fresh thread each time.

Pick Sticks Interdental Small:

1. Carefully push the rubber brush between the teeth without applying pressure and pull it out again. Repeat several times if necessary, then rinse with water.
2. Scrape off any remaining plaque or food residue between the teeth or on the tooth surface.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each interdental space.
4. Finally, rinse your mouth with an alcohol-free mouthwash containing fluoride.
