Discover the practical dual action of the pick sticks: a flexible rubber head glides gently between the teeth, while the plastic hook removes plaque and residue. Ideal for quick and easy cleaning on the go – in just two steps: Brushing and picking.
1. carefully push the rubber brush between the teeth without applying pressure and pull it out again. Repeat several times if necessary, then rinse with water.
2. scrape off any remaining plaque or food residue between the teeth or on the tooth surface.
3 Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each interdental space.
4 Finally, rinse the mouth with an alcohol-free mouthwash containing fluoride.

je les préfère aux brossettes car celles sont efficaces et surtout très douces dorénavant je les ai toujours dans mon sac
et durée de vie importante (près d’une semaine). Les 2 couleurs sont à mon avis nécessaires pour rpondre à tous les espaces entre les dents.Mais ne peut pas être pliée comme les borssettes standards, pour atteindre les toutes derniéres dents. Donc complémentaire aux brossettes standards
“standard” mais nettement moins efficaces. c’est pour une utilisation complémentaire à mon avis..Je commanderai des brossettes “standard” la prochaine fois.
