1. wind approx. 45 cm of REACH™ dental floss from the ends around the two middle fingers, guide between the index fingers and tighten slightly.
2. thread carefully between two teeth.
3. move the dental floss away from the gums in gentle “sawing movements”. Wrap a new, unused piece around the fingers as required.
