What is hyaluron?
Hyaluronic acid is a substance found naturally in the body (in the vitreous humor of the eye, in the umbilical cord, synovial fluid, cartilage, skin, but also in the gums) that binds moisture and supports the healing of tissue. Hyaluronic acid can absorb 50 times its own dry weight in water. Due to this property, hyaluronic acid serves as a barrier against invading microorganisms and other toxins. Hyaluronic acid is produced naturally in our bodies, but the need for it increases significantly with age, when we feel unwell or when there is an injury or inflammation. In dentistry, it is used to promote the regeneration of the gums and oral mucosa due to its outstanding properties. This high-quality substance of the highest purity is produced biotechnologically and is of non-animal origin.

How does hyaluronic acid work?

Measure out 10 ml of mouthwash solution in the enclosed cup (one dose) and rinse your mouth with it for 1 to 2 minutes. Then spit out the mouthwash solution. The solution is ready to use, do not dilute. Gengigel Mouthwash can be used preventively as part of daily oral hygiene 2-3 times a day. In the case of gingivitis, we recommend rinsing the oral cavity between 3-5 times a day (after the main meals) for at least 3 to 4 weeks after regular oral hygiene, or until all symptoms have disappeared. It is recommended not to eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes after use.
